PUSH IT! is the ultimate buggy workout in Loughton helping
mothers to improve fitness and regain that pre-pregnancy figure
These brand new exercise classes offer women the chance to exercise effectively in a safe environment without the added pressures of
childcare, also offering the opportunity to meet new friends and have some fun!
A typical class lasts approximately 1 hour kicking off with a gentle warm-up progressing to some more intense aerobic power pushing (or jogging!) and incorporating upper and lower body resistance exercises as well as some core work to retrain those pelvic muscles. All sessions conclude with a cool down and stretch with an opportunity to then stay and socialise (weather permitting).
